Australia & New Zealand:
You can now return your parcel using HAPPY RETURNS:
- To make a return, head to our RETURNS PORTAL
- You'll need your ORDER NUMBER, e.g #AU812338
- You'll need your EMAIL ADDRESS
- It can take UP TO 12 DAYS FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS and UP TO 28 DAYS FOR NEW ZEALAND ORDERS to be returned back to our warehouse.
- It can then take up to a further 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse, for your order to be refunded.
- Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for it to clear with your bank.
Please also note that the DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR EXCHANGEScannot be modified. The exchange will always be sent to the same address as the original order.
Austria:
To make a return via Happy Returns, head to our RETURNS PORTAL, and follow the steps below:

- At a post office, you won't receive a receipt, so please take a photo of your returns parcel at the post office as proof of postage until you receive your refund.
- Returns from Norway should not be scanned by a member of staff at the post office. Your parcel should be accepted without scanning in. This is due to our returns from Norway being sent as 'letter post', something which the post office cannot provide a receipt for.
- There is a 2kg weight limit on returns from Norway. When registering a return in our portal, please register a few items at a time (we estimate that four pairs of leggings weigh about 2kg). You will then receive a unique returns label for each registration processed, so you can return all unwanted items to us for a refund.
- Please ensure each processed registration is sent as a separate parcel to avoid refund issues.
- It can take approx. 28 days for your order to be returned back to our warehouse and be refunded.
Philippines:
